Not sure if this belongs here, sorry if it don't.

This is for those who has helmets and headgear on at all times, even cutscenes, like I do.

Anyone notice that even when you got it on, your headgear will be removed at strange times during the game for no reason? I noticed it in several areas that not just yours, but also your squad mate's headgear will also be removed. I'll try to be as spoiler free as possible.

Meeting Garrus on Menae.
Dealing with Henry Lawson.
Leviathan: Meeting "Garneau" before he is possessed by Leviathan, breaks window and runs.
Omega: Dealing with Petrovsky. May be due if the chance of Aria kissing Shepard, but that is not always the case.
Citadel: Nearly every time you are talking to your "Nemesis", in archives and on the Normandy.

It's not something that really agrivates me or anything, just wondering if there is a reason why when I got Helmets on my default, these moments removes all headgear. Anyone else get these?

It may be hard-coded in the game to have your helmet on or off during certain points in the game.
