@OP - are you playing the PC version? If you, so you can use the console to turn her romance back on (and you could've used it to lower her approval without breaking up with her, but bit late for that now).
If you don't have the console activated, you have to do this first (and I
highly recommend making a backup of your save first, in case you screw something up):
1. Right-click on the shortcut to Dragon Age on your desktop (if you don't have a shortcut to it, create one)
2. Select "Properties"
3. In the "Target" field, add
-enabledeveloperconsole after the destination link, outside of the quotations. (It should end up looking something like
"C:/Dragon Age/bin_ship/daorigins.exe" -enabledeveloperconsole only with \\ instead of / - the stupid forums keep adding extra forward slashes when I use them for some reason.).
4. Save these settings and launch the game from the shortcut -
NOT from the menu that autoruns when you put the DVD into the drive.
5. While playing the game, hit the
~ key. This opens up the command console, but you won't be able to see what you're typing. Unfortunately, it's invisible.
6. Type
runscript zz_app_debug and hit "Enter"
7. If you did everything right, you should get a dialogue popping up that lets you modify the companions. Choose Leliana and just follow the options from there. Should be pretty obvious what to do.
Hope that helps.
