Playing with my Adept with Liara and Edi. I notice when I have Edi prime a target with Overload and Liara ignite it with Warp to create a Techburst, because I used Warp means the target has been primed for a Biotic Explosion; which is EPIC. I wonder is there a list of combos I can read in where Shepard and both his squadies can create together.

Example

Edi: Overload or Incinerate, Liara: Warp, Shepard: Throw or Shockwave.

Well, a complete list of biotic combos can be found here. Not sure if it mentions chaining combos though.

Basically, you cannot chain biotic combos of the same type (cannot chain two biotic explosions or two fire explosions). You can, however, chain combos of different types. Basically:

1) Tech burst (electrical explosion) primer power > biotic primer+detonation power > biotic detonation power.
This will result in Tech burst > biotic explosion.
For example: Overload > Warp > Throw.

2) Fire explosion primer > biotic primer+detonation power > biotic detonation power.
This will result in fire explosion > biotic explosion.
For example: Incinerate > Warp > Shockwave.

3) Tech burst primer > Incinerate or Carnage > any detonation power (creates fire explosion).
This will result in tech burst > fire explosion.
For example: Sabotage > Incinerate > Overload.

For 3), you might even be able to Tech burst primer > Incinerate > biotic primer+detonater > biotic detonator.
This wil result in tech burst > fire explosion > biotic explosion.
For example: Sabotage > Incinerate > Warp > Throw.

For "biotic primer+detonation" powers, the power must be capable of both priming and detonating explosions. Warp and Reave are good examples. The biotic detonation power at the end of the combo cannot be the same as the priming power (Warp cannot detonate Warp).

Oh, and Slam+Lash (Shepard + Aria/Javik) can create double detonations with a Slam+Lash combo.

Incinerate - Warp - Throw
Firexplosion is detonatend by Warp which at the same time primes for BE and that can be detonated with Throw

Warp - Incinerate - Throw -Throw
Warp is "covered" by Incinerate (this combo of two DoT powers does insane damge btw), the first Throw detonates a Fire Explosion and the second Throw detonates the Biotic Explosion

That would probably also work if you replace Warp with Reave or Dark Channel, or even possibly even Pull or Singularity.

Yes, that should work.
Not sure if Reave/DC can detonate Fire Explosions though, Warp can and also primes for BEs at the same time.

BTW Slam detonates a fire-primed target, and the funny thing is it detonates not right away but right before the target is crushed on the floor.

I played the Omega mission, in my experience Reace can't ignite Incinerate.

I've only ever seen reave setup and detonate biotic explosions.


Warp setsup biotic explosions and can detonate every single combo.
In addition, warp does a fair amount of damage to armor, greatly weakens armor and barriers and makes all targets take more damage.
Combine warp with warp ammo and you have a devastating combination.
This makes warp one of the most useful powers in the game.

Reave doesn't count as a direct damage power. So it doesn't set off the tech combos.

Not all of these are confirmed personally, but some potentially fun combos:

Inferno Grenade on multiple targets -> Overload (evolved to triple-chain) to cause 3 Fire Explosions -> Lift Grenade for Tech Bursts and to lift vulnerable targets -> Flare to detonate multiple biotic combos simultaneously.

Warp + Incinerate + Throw (evolved to fire two projectiles) = Fire Explosion + Biotic Explosion simultaneously.

Inferno Grenade on a group + Reave (evolved for radius damage) on the same group + Nova (evolved for half shield drain) + Nova again = tons of fire and biotic explosions.

When I start a playthrough with my Engineer and team her with Edi, I'll totally test this combo out.

Anyhoo with my Lashing Vanguard I made a new combo with James, Liara and my Vanguard.

Carnage, Lash and Warp.

I tried it out. Screwed it up a few times I think, but it is absolutely ridiculous. Engineer Shepard, EDI, and Tali on Rannoch versus the three Geth Primes. I also mix in Sabotage because you are not a good Engineer unless you do.

It's times like this I wish the SP had a system like what MP has in where it confirms who killed what in the game and whether it was a combo or not.

Still playing with my Vanguard and my new favorite 3 hit combo would be.....
