To say today's events have been...problematic for both the fan-base and Bioware is, to say the least, an understandment. None the less, I stand with others in asking everyone who has either downloaded the Update/DLC or had been planning to do so to maintain an air of calm and patience. Given Bioware's past and present dedication to product excellence (and no, not everyone can always get it just right) it is clear NONE of today's events were foreseen. Aside from one having a strong connection to the Force, I can not imagine anyone anticipating that MS would procede as they did this morning, leaving Bioware and it's Dev/Bug team scrambling to repair a frustrating but not altogether decimating error.

As to my PC cousins, I would also beg for calm. Given that Dragon Age has been and will continue to be a PC love-heavy title it is all too certain you will have your specific DLC likely sometime with-in the next 24 to 48 hours. Of all parties involved I would say you folks have the least to worry about.

In the end, I'm sure what Bioware, Chris, and the Devs could use right about now (aside from several massive cups of coffee) is respect and understanding of the difficult situation they are in. Simply put, these guys always give back to the fans one way or another. RtO and all things associated with it will be mended and set right. However, no one should expect confirmations or assurances from the Dev team or Community heads if this or other threads turn into the proverbial "Bioware/EA Sux" bonfires that have happened, frankly, far to often of late. To those who share my humble suggestions, I thank you. Please, let us simply wait for the facts and the fixes.
