I'm sorry, I know this is certainly not the place., but I don't know where is. I'm tired of wating for answers that never arrive in Answer HQ. Still don't understand the point of transfering support there, if in reality therfe is no support at all.
My question is related to SWTOR. How do I contact support for that game? Only by phone? Cross country phone? Myaccount is locked, (for suposedly wrong security question answer, but in truth I last played more than a month ago, and did not have to answer any question, so there may really be a security issue). But from the launcher I'm told to contact support, but in the support page there's no option to leave messages or posts. I'm alwats redirected to a phone number to a distant country (either germany or france). So, advice?
