Now that the whole story is over, it would be a great time to remember what made Mass Effect one of, if not the best game series of all time.
1. Mass Effect 1 intro - This is how it all started
2. Meeting favorite squad mates for the first time - Look how far its gone from there
3. Seeing the Citadel for the first time - It just looked epic.
4. Ilos landing - best mission in ME1 IMO
5. Battle of the Citadel - one of those Mass Effect moments
6. Normandy SR2 intro - Hoem sweet home
7. Collector cruiser ambush on the Normandy - Didn't see that coming.
8. Suicide mission, entering Omega 4 relay - ME2 climax.
9. Rannoch ending - All those feels
10. Killing Kai Leng - You know that felt good
11. Citadel party - One last time before it ends.
12. Final space battle - It all comes down to this.
So sad its over...

When you're talking to Soverign through the comm or whatever and he starts saying "we're something you cannont comprehend".

Thats when I was like "OMG, what is this I've gotten myself into."

- The moment that I realize I've survived the fight with the Krogan Battlemaster
- The entire Virmire mission
- Anytime Mordin sings
- Meeting Legion
- The derelict Reaper
- Spending some quality time with Liara after defeating the Shadowbroker
- Kalros vs. the Reaper
- Making peace between the Geth & Quarians
- Target shooting with Garrus at the top of the Precidium
- Final interactions with squadmates before priority: Earth part 2
 - All of the post-mission Citadel DLC content

Every scene about Tali is pretty powerful and her romance is the best romance IMO. Also it is one of the best parts of ME for me. Although I would never do that to her, I have to admit that is one of the best written parts of the entire series.

Favorite moments are Garrus' friendship event on the Citadel, talking to Sovereign, the party at the Citadel, the cutscene when returning to the Normandy after the party, and everything with Legion.
