I won't repeat the ones already mentioned but to me the best side quest in all 3 games was in ME1 as a colonist backgroud I Remember Me. Just the way my Shep paragon talked her down really showed me what I am fighting for.

Another was a line in the recruitment mission for Thane. After finding some Salarians locked in a room and asking them about Thane one responds while walking out that Shep should tell the assassin to "Aim for her head because she doesn't have a heart". That line always cracks me up.

I forgot the Leviathan reveal.

That should definitely have been on my list for the best moments in ME3. The whole underwater sequence and the convo with the Leviathans was pretty cool.

Would be nigh impossible for me to select just 10 out of the entire triology, but I can select the 1 best moment:

"Return to Rannoch, build your home."
"You ARE my home!"

That one scene had me on the verge of tears Actually, I could fill the entire list with Tali moments!

9: Wrex tackling the shuttle. HOLY CRAP. That was awesome.
8. Starting the Tali romance in ME2. It was extra special for me, because I literally had NO IDEA that this was possible, and just got it because as one of my favorite characters, I talked to Tali a lot.
7. Joker removing the shackles on EDI. That whole scene was pure lulz.
6. Shooting bottles with Garrus. Good times.
5. Blowing the hell out of the Reaper on Rannoch. That was a ton of fun.
4. Tali removing her mask on Rannoch. Pretty sweet. Would have been better if I got to SEE her, but the pic was OK.
3. The paragon interupt to give Tali a hug. D'awwww.
2. Getting **** slapped by Jack and lectured about trusting Cerberus.
1. The elevator ride on the SR-2, where Tali and Wrex talked about him being her "head butting uncle" and him expressing concern and asking about the combat tricks. Made me wonder if someone from Bioware reads my fanfiction, or if I just get psychic messages from the Bioware writers.

There are several moments I love, and I could spend hours thinking about them. I'll rattle off some now, but by no means is this a definitive list:

-Sovereign reveal
-Virmire survivor choice
-5th Fleet arriving to kick ass at the Citadel
-Spectre induction
-Almost kiss with Samara
-Renegade kiss scene with Miranda. Dat UST.
-Normandy SR-2 reveal
-Charging through the Omega Relay to save your crew, succesfully
-Confronting Harbinger at the end of Arrival
-LotSB, all of it really but especially the car chase and fight with Vasir
-Friendzone Turian
-Paragon or Renegade shutting down of Tali's trial.
-Helping Jack heal by not letting her kill Aresh.
-Denying TIM the Collector Base (especially if Miranda is with you, and loyal).
-The squadmate goodbyes on London. All of them.
-Citadel, the fight in the Archives with the whole squad. The interactions. The party.
-Fight between Reaper and Thresher Maw.
-Creating peace between the Quarians and Geth (Renegade interrupt on Han'Gerrel).
-Convincing the VS to join during the Citadel.
-"This is for Thane, you sonuvab*tch"
-All the squadmate deaths in 3. Mordin, Thane, Legion definitely.
-The final conversation with Anderson...
