Is it posible to get the collector SMG in single player?
I kind of really like the whole style of it and it is about useless in multiplayer... so... :/

Nope. Not legitimately. You can use a program to mod it in to single player if you want but it is not accessible by any other means. I messaged Chris Priestly about whether or not they ever plan to add them but he never responded. If I had to guess, around the holidays they are going to come out with a complete collection that includes all of the DLC and if you either pre-order it or buy the collector edition than you can get it. Just a guess though. Sorry
