Is it at all possible to change the Normandy crew uniform in ME2 so they are wearing casual outfits? I think it would really add to feel that you're an renegade outside Council space in the Terminus systems if we could do that.

I believe the crew is already wearing casual outfits...

You think the tee with the logo on it is casual? Well, my request is for something MORE casual - civilian.

So, the same outfit but without the Cerberus logo and different colours?

Interesting idea. But it wouldn't make much sense because the ship will still be littered with Cerberus logos all over the place. And even if you got rid of those, there's your squad mentioning Cerberus and yourself every five minutes.

Still, it would be nice if someone did do this. Also, would it be possible to change all the crew uniforms from Alliance to Cerberus in Mass Effect 3?

there is a texmod that gets rid of the cerberus logos.

ther might be one, that changes the crews clothing as well.


i personally find it hard to believe, that a cerberus vessel, wearing cerberus heraldy, can dock on the citadel and nothing happens.

Indeed. It would of been nice if there was some type of confrontation when you first try and dock on the Citadel.

Anyway, I was just thinking about movies like Alien, Firefly, and Star Wars, where the crew of civilian star ships are all in eclectic civilian garb. With Shep being in the Terminus systems in ME2 on a non-military ship - I think it would be an interesting look for the game.

Aren't all of those crew-members characters entries in the Coalesc file or something? If their outfit could just be set to something else....

I'm pretty sure the logo below, seen all over Cerberus stuff since Mass Effect 2, is their main logo and not one of the logos from one of their front companies.

The Mass Effect 2 explorer does not have a mesh importer option AFAIK.

Hmm... I had HOPED the character's appearance was just a setting somewhere....

I don't want to change the mesh (I think) I just want to change the bodies that that crew is using to one of the other human bodies with casual outfits. Maybe that is not so simple.

Basically I want to swap NPC outfits.
