Ashley Williams: Unknown, her religion certainly doesn't stop her from pre-marital sex however.
Kaidan Alenko: Unknown, probably not a virgin as Shepard can imply he got more than a little friendly with his fellow BaAT members
Liara T'Soni: Definately a virgin in ME1, she flat-out states it.
Miranda Lawson: Unknown, but I really, really doubt she was a virgin.
Tali: Definately a virgin unless romanced in ME2, she all but admits it.
Jacob Taylor: Like Miranda, I sincerely doubt it.
Garrus Vakarian: Not a virgin, states he had relations with a scout in his platoon.
Thane Krios: He had a wife and has a son, so...
Kelly Chambers: Like the other Cerberus posse, this is extremely doubtful.
Samara: Definately not a virgin, she has daughters and openly states how uninhinbited she was when younger.  Given her age, Samara has probably seen more action then everyone else on this list put together.

Liara T'Soni. No.  She tells Shepard she's a virgin.
Miranda Lawson. Yes.  She's very confident in her sexuality and it's implied she had a relationship with Jacob.  Also, her hookups on her SB dossiers
Tali. No. She says she's a virgin.
Jacob Taylor. Yes.  He was with Miranda before and he's kind of a playboy.

Pretty much this. Liara never directly says she's a virgin, but her dialogue all but points to it. Tali never mentions anything about it, but she has the young, naive, virginal quality.

Tali was made to evoke a virginal, innocent quality as well by the writers, so I imagine she's not had any experience prior to ME1. Who knows what happened between ME1/2 and ME2/3 though...

I'm talking about Tali. Who knows what she's been doing between ME1 and ME2.  She might've... matured a bit, keeping in context with this thread. 

If you're talking about her getting sick from sex, surprise! All Quarians do. It happens. They still have to have sex to live as a species.

And before you say anything, I'm not a Tali-mancer. I wouldn't touch that thing with a 10 foot pole. So my Shepard hasn't touched her either, nor does he want to.

Apart from Tali, Alistair and maybe Merrill everyone else either says so or it is quite obvious that they had experiences before. Tali I am sure does not as she states that quite clearly.

Not romance in general, just love.

Agreed. I believe it's possible to have sex with her long before she starts angsting about falling in love with the Warden. I think Morrigan treats sex as either something practical (such as conceiving a very special child) or just as something fun. For her, there's a clear distinction between having sex and making love. And it's the latter that scares her, not the former.

As for this thread: everybody had sex before, with the exception of Liara, Tali and Alistair.
