Liara, Tali, Merril, Sebastian, and Alistair are probably the only virgins judging from their dialogue. Every other character at some points mentions something that pertains to the fact they had past relationships.

Not Sebastian. He said that before he became so religious and became selebate he had a very promiscuous life.

It's implied his master raped him and Gaider hinted at this when he talked to the Fenris fans and Fenris just tries hard to forget it and why he has issues with people touching him.

I'd say that out of the LIs: Liara, Tali, and Alistair would probably have the PC as their first.  It's implied with the former two though not outright stated, and it's a major part of Alistair's romance arc. 

I think Merrill and Fenris might be virgins pre-PC, but you can't be sure.  While it seems like Merrill would be, the only concern she brings up about being with Hawke is being unable to bear an elven child / unable to bear any children.  With her Dalish heritage, however, and a certain quest in Origins, it's more likely that she would be a virgin.  With Fenris, it's uncertain; he states that he's never had sexytime with anyone that he can remember thanks to his amnesia, but it's hinted otherwise with Danarius being the evil magister that he is.

And I'm with the people asking why the OP is curious, though curiosity is a fiendish and confusing thing. XD

I'm talking about Tali. Who knows what she's been doing between ME1 and ME2.  She might've... matured a bit, keeping in context with this thread. 

If you're talking about her getting sick from sex, surprise! All Quarians do. It happens. They still have to have sex to live as a species.

And before you say anything, I'm not a Tali-mancer. I wouldn't touch that thing with a 10 foot pole. So my Shepard hasn't touched her either, nor does he want to.

Tali explains in ME1 that quarians gradually expose their bodies with their mates to give their immune systems time to adapt to eachother. It implies commitment. I don't think quarians have a whole lot of casual sex. It's just not worth the effort/risk. Since we've never been given any impression that Tali has had a relationship with anyone other than a Talimancing Shepard, it's a safe assumption that she is indeed a virgin.

I guess a case could me made for Kaidan. He says "We've been friends a long time, Shepard. Have you ever known me to be with anyone?" when you start a new romance with him in ME3. He never talks about his sexual past, but he strikes me as the monogomous type that would only have sex with some he was in a relationship with, and it isn't clear if he's had any previous relationships, only that he hasn't had any relationships since he's known Shepard. There isn't enough information to say one way or the other, so I guess the player can decide.

What? No. Disagree. Nothing against virginity, because we all were virgins once, but maturing sexually is a normal part of becoming and being an adult. I don't need an LI that makes me think my character is dating a teenager. Sorry. Some characters are at that point in their lives and that's fine, but there should not be an over-abundance.

I do not agree. Sexual maturity is completely different and seperate from matiruty in general. All sex gives a person is sexual experience that can be further used in bed.

Some people wait into thier upper 20s and 30s before trying to have serious relationships. Not everybody does the Teenager "do to do it "phase
