Yeah just read through the thread and found out about Sebastian. I don't remember him ever telling me that and I just assumed no since he was the religous type and very uncomfortable with Hawke's advances.

Morrigan is a tough one. I want to say she has had sex but her lack of iinteraction with the outside world (or at least supposed lack of interaction). She had a few stories of going out into cities but she generally seemed disinterested in traveling to places like Lothering after her first couple experiences (at least from her stories) and obviously had not seen much of the world due to her desire to see mountains, and oceans, and what not. She is very flirty though and constantly jokes about sex with Sten, but I'm not sure that means she has had it before. Virgins can joke about that just as much as promiscuous people can. I think you could have an opinion either way and it would be valid unless there is specific evidence of her having had sex that I don't know about.

Liara isn't a virgin in ME2, whether you romanced her or not. Asari can hit Matron stage early if they, uh... "Do it" a lot.

Whether she's your LI or not, it appears that Liara slept around a lot, with Shepard or someone else depending on whether you made her you LI. Because of that, she made herself a Matron really early. And as we know, every stage of an Asari's life increases breast size. So she melded a lot which made her a Matron, and went up a cup size or two because of it it. There, an in-game explanation that we can headcanon instead of it just being Bioware making her more sexualized as to why Liara's breast size went up.

Liara and Traynor are the only real unknowns. Granted Liara's a couple hundred years old, but we don't know how Asasri puberty works, and Traynor seemed to know how to handle relationships.

Anyone who doesn't say, you can usually tell by looking at them.
