I didn't know what Hybris and Xebenkeck were for a very long time.  I undoubtly consulted the wiki.

Yes, the hidden bosses were discussed quite a bit here at BSN before DA2 was released. Besides, those are fairly obvious with related quests and achievements and all. Malvernis is quite a bit more difficult to discover.

So nobody wants to share their stories, huh. Interesting. I'll tell my experiences in the hope that others will join in.

I've only found Hybris once. I found finding him to be a bit of a pain. Even with Pictures of the where the scolls were I had trouble finding one because I was looking in the wrong area. All in All it wasn't very fun in my opinion.

Xebenkeck on the other hand was more fun for me. All around and the final battle was more rewarding. I sort of liked that one.

Yeah the forum's dead. xD I think it's populated by non-users perhaps. Which would explain the view:reply ratio.

Use fire against Hybris(?) - first time I fought him I knew what I was doing - I actually used him as a dummy to test out my max damages - restarted my fight over 6 times with warrior & rogue hehe xD

Xeben pissed me orf. He's not so bothersome now.

Guess it depends on your difficulty.

p.s. I apologize on behalf of Socio-Bio for the lack of communication!

He? Xebenkeck is a she :)

On topic, I'd prefer more such 'hidden' enemies. Malvernis was great in that respect. I also liked the fact that you had more space to maneuver in (unlike Hybris).

Xebenkeck is referred to as a "he" in Tarohne's writings, though the demon appears as a "she" in the game.

I would split the difference and call Xebenkeck an "it," since demons don't technically have genders.

Not quite, as asari are a one gender race.

Which they themselves dispute: "male and female have no real meaning for us"

And we're off-topic.
