Why I can't use my character portraits? I mean, my character's have uploaded onto "My Games" from Dragonage. Why can't I view their portraits? Thanks for the help.
Is there any particular reason...?

You probably use a PS3. I have the same problem and as far as I know, there's nothing to really do about it, beside making sure you're constantly playing while connected to the dragon age servers. And eventually it MAY upload the portrait. I got lucky with this ONE character... All the other portraits haven't uploaded.

Using a 360, buy I'm sure it's the same concept. Hope they fix that.

Pc player here, but i had this problem. Some say that changing equipment and saving again may force the upload. Worked with me, may work with consoles also.
Edit: i changed only my boots and it worked
