I have two copies of Dragon Age Origins: One retail copy. And the Steam Version of Dragon Age Ultimate that I bought a year or two ago at a nice discount (cheaper than it would have been to buy the expansion or all the DLC separately).
But is the CD-key for my old copy permanently tied to my EA account?
I have the same question for Dragon Age 2 and Spore. Both also published by EA.
Can I sell my old retail copy?

If you used the old copies CD key on Steam or anywhere else than no you can't sell it.
