are there new achievements for this game cause now i count i have 70 of them in my profile even though there are only 55 of them currently?

Some of the PC achievements are flagging your account if you play xbox. I know I got a few.

Interesting. 360 gamers can still get PC achievements on their profile? No gamerscore points though.

Oh there pc achievements thats why there 70 of them..that explains it..kind of annoying to read through them all when i want to find 1 i thought i got

In the beginning it was just what you got in your game, whether it would be 360, PS3, or PC. I think they changed it later to every console and PC have the same ammount of achievements, but only half of them only get counted for a "gamerscore" for the consoles.
