Hello all,

I'm in the UK and have been dying for some Kaidan merch for ages, so snapped up the hoodie once it went on sale - however it was only available in the US store. I went ahead anyway and paid for the more expensive USPS shipping (spring's coming, won't be hoody weather for much longer! ), but I'm concerned as I've had an item go missing in the past sent by the same method and I really want this hoodie, as they're now sold out in the store. 

Has anyone ordered anything by this shipping method? Did you get your items? How long did it take to arrive? It's been sitting in Chicago for 5 days according to the tracking website, though I don't know if it's left the US and hasn't updated or what... any recent success stories would be appreciated!

I have ordered from them before but I cannot remember how long it took. I'm currently having trouble getting hold of them myself just to change a clothing size as they have a really cheeky system where they don't read some tickets and auto-decline them (essentially) if you have a keyword. As a result, with the expensive shipping you know we have to pay, they may send the wrong size. The sizing guide is absolutely the worst.

I can only suggest raising a ticket via their website (log into the store and create one from there - you have to create a store account).

I don't know the delivery time estimates but for international I would always give it up to 3 weeks or so. They may restock the hoodie you want (perhaps not if it's on sale) but fingers crossed it's not missing is all I can say. Best of luck!

Hey madzilla,

If this is the hoodie you ordered: http://biowarestore....ripe-hoody.html then it looks like it will be restocked so if it does go missing (and there isn't a delay/mistake with your tracker) I'd imagine Bioware can send you another and claim the compensation from UPS.

Maybe that will provide some reassurance... unless it's the wrong hoodie!

PS: You said the hoodie is only available in the US store... is there a UK store?

According to the tracker it's reached the UK - now to see if it gets sent on to where I live as I'm not on the mainland! This has been the problem and where items have gone missing in the past. It's actually the ladies one I ordered but it looks like that is getting restocked too. So that's something, at least, though hopefully the first one will arrive ok!

There's a store for the EU - at the top of the store page you can click 'choose region' and change it to EU. They have a far more limited selection of items (and depending on the exchange rate, they can be more expensive) but obviously things arrive more quickly.

Thanks madzilla I'll check that out! (Although that's now quite annoying as I just placed the US order ) I tried googling the store but found no results on it before.

PS: I totally agree that Kaidan and Femshep are the cutest too
