The *best* sound for me was always the intro music of each game the first time I fired it up. The excitement and adrenaline of having an entirely new mass effect to look forward to playing. So far no game has ever matched the level of anticipation for me as firing up a new mass effect game. A shame this was Sheps last story and I won't feel that again.
