There's just something about that signature shriek they have (noticable during Priority: Earth and the Suicide Mission) that sounds amazing.

Music: Resolution from the EC soundtrack. I have my grievances with the ending, but the music is one thing they got right. This music that plays as the Normandy disappears into the unknown has always struck a chord with me.

My favourite MP sound happens to be a Banshee's scream when it dies.  The relief you feel from it finally being dead is great.  Until you hear another one. =(

Favourite SP sound:  The sound effect of the Slam bonus power.  It's a glorious ability in the final run in Arrival.  >=3

Music:  I Was Lost Without You.  The piano part, not the space synth part.

Dialogue:  It's a tie.  On the one hand, I love FemShep's ME3 laugh for some weird reason.  I don't think I'd heard it before in the series and it caught me off guard.  XD
Also, there's the interrogation in ME2.  "...or I'll cut your [redacted] off and sell them to a Krogan!"  The line delivery from either Shep makes me laugh every time. XD

^ This is pretty high on my list of favorite sounds. Also up there would be the rumble of the Mako.

Soundtrack - this, even though it makes me very, very misty-eyed.

Dialogue - there are a lot of gems, but the "azure" exchange from Shadow Broker makes me laugh every time (plus, the delivery is fantastic).
