After going through this thread again I've realized that it is really hard to name my favorite sound in the game.
My favorite song from the game however is this

There are so many great sounds, dialogues and music but I have to agree. That first time in Mass Effect 1 when you take command of the ship with the heroic theme in the background with crewmembers striding around purposefully.... it gives me goosebumps to this day. Reflections of that when you take the SR2 out of the dock for the first time, and when the Normandy saves your bacon in Vancouver. Anderson's 'About time!' with the theme playing.. love it.

The best sountrack IMO is the Suicide Mission, The Normandy Theme from ME 2. Best sound for me is probs the Carnage from ME 3

Sovereign! I seriously loved that reaper. I had chills running down my spine when he spoke in ME1.
Also pretty much every sound that comes out of Garrus Vakarian. His VA is made of pure gold.

Speaking of Sovereign. I did find the original from MandaloreMovies to be funnier, since it wasn't just a music video and actually involved the awkward pauses for character speech interjection as if it was normal conversation. e_e But alas.
