Is it possible to change Squad powers?

I'm getting sick of using Miranda and it would be nice if I could give Cerberus Officer to someone else.  Ideally, changing the stats on a squad member's unique ability (Turian Rebel, etc.) would be best, but I could ignore Tali being a "Cerberus Officer" if it means not having to use Miranda yet again.
