I'm still working my way slowly through a first playthrough with my paragon Femshep and finished the Citadel missions.  The attitude of the clone Shepherd was really annoying and made me wonder if a renegade playthough would result in the player Shep being a total ass, while the clone is nice?

I doubt it, but then I just started the final missions for the first time.  There is a lot of content I haven't learned about yet.

Funny, I realized yesterday that I've been putting off finishing the game because I don't want it to end. I kept going back to the apartment to see if there were new messages. *grin*

No, the clone is hostile towards Shepard regardless of the latter's reputation.

No, the clone will try to out renegade you in that case.
