After doing some checkiing I have come to the believe  that those of us who's profiles aren't loading, are running Windows 7.   If you run xp or Vista the game supports those, but Windows 7 came out after the game was made, and some of the files, just don't work with it.

Mine's not loading and I'm on XP. The only thing that manages to load are Achievements and character names. I've had one character portrait load, but nothing else. It's unbelievably random and kind of annoying.

XP issues can usually be solved by fowing the advice in this thread, which I have helpfully (see, I can be nice) provided as bioware-input only.

None of my characters have loaded either, on XP. Plenty of "achievements" have uploaded, which I don't care about it, but not even one of characters.

It'd be nice if we could just manually upload, or something. I just want to use my toon as my avatar here.

edit: And yes, I've seen that thread, and check it every day for any new info that might help.

I saw that earlier today but nothing seems to have worked yet. Ports are open, unequipped and re-equipped stuff, manual saves... etc. I just need to spend some quality time with it, and hopefully I'll figure it out. And thanks for the link.

Ok, I'm like an old war horse, when there is a problem, I'm not about to give up until I can figure out something to fix it.

Anyhow, I restored my computer back to the time that the profiler was updating. Started a new character and that one right now, is being updatedin the profiler.

Got to thinking about this, and released since I'm running Windows 7, that somewhere in the time between it had stopped working I had done something, then relized that I had done the patch, yes the 1.1b patch. Right now, not going to do any other patch and see if it will still upload.

Vista here, profile hasn't updated in some time. It was working perfectly fine until maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. Can't really pinpoint a time but it was probably about the time I did either 1.01b or 1.02. Sadly, I must have the dexterity fixes so not having the patches isn't much of an option.

I've even gone as far as disabling my firewall while running the game. When I do so it seems like I don't get the "timed out" message but after an hour or so it still won't update my characters. I've been doing manual save games and all of that. I'm hoping that one day it will resolve itself. I have plenty of attractive characters to show off but this one will do for now.

So far my game seems to be running pretty good. No major problems, but I'm back to one character, so now I have to do all my others over again. But the one I have is updating.

My characters haven't updated for about a month now. Yes, I am incredibly irritated.

So far mine have been fine Windows 7. They can take a while sometimes 24 hours or so but so far have been updating eventually.

Same here running Win7 as well. Profile says level 3 and I am near 20 now.

I have Win7, and I've never seen any of my stuff having loaded to my profile. I could be wrong, I rarely check because I really don't care about this - but it does seem strange when I compare my profile to other profiles here. I know I (almost?) invariably get some sort of message about not being able to connect to some sort of upload storage or something shortly after I start up playing the game. But since the game plays just fine, I ignore that - it's just I think that message probably relates to why my stuff doesn't show.

I cant upload anything, stupid thing tells me "something something timed out".
