 I know that it is possible to give Shepard The Illusive Man's or Centurion's eyes and change their color with gibbed save editor. But is it possible to give Shepard the "cipher" or "contact lens" eyes.

The glowing ones that can be seen glowing green in From ashes during the prothean footage and glowing orange/yellow in Citadel DLC during casino infiltration, the ones that let you see the wires.

So is it possible to get those glowy eyes (and change their color) with gibbed?

I'm fairly certain those were more of an 'effect' than an actual eye color. Not sure, though.
