I would use it if it didn't cost me a respec card...
though i might spec into the sniper damage and out of the homing grenade just to be able to switch between the two.
I won't lie, it wasn't bad for a sniper

Krogan and salarians have always been my favorite MP races, and there are so many krogan that are fun (although, I just realized I haven't touched the Kroguard since I finished his challenge months ago...) that I don't really play any one of them more than the others.

To hell with the haters.
My build isn't an OP monster - I deliberately gimp it and go 5/3/6/6/6, using an Eagle with power and melee amps, with hydraulic joints gear, strength enhancers, power amps and drill rounds.
Played almost exclusively melee, with SF debuff and cloak to boost damage - don't need the shotgun omni-blade, because all melee can easily be chained (heavy and light), and all small enemies drop quickly enough, including phantoms. Then with the occasional SF/eagle use against say a praetorian (still melee if in a team of 4 and they're busy lasering).

AUI melee build with 0 points in RM would also be acceptable.

But rank 6 cloak is a complete waste if not using a shotgun. I'd rather have a couple of RM packs available for the speed boost, or emergency rez when I decide to rush in and melee a spawn.Shampoohorn wrote...

Yeah I'd rather have another power than RM, but I've got to sink those points somewhere, and tbh I like the occasional safety net when playing a full melee character with no other survival button (ie biotic charge).

Venom X and omni blade. The charged shots staggers everything and then the melee obltierates. Hands down the best phantom and dragoon killer.
But the best thing I love about the build is the fun and skills for positioning well and playing smart against bosses.

Kit essentially is all of those together. As in a class with a certain class build with a certain weapon = kit

1. Juggernaught - ultimate fail group carrying guy.
This. If I see that my group looks like a bunch of sheep, I bring out my shepherd and prepare to defend/support. I'm actually enjoying this guy a lot, but it's sad when I have to use him. Even so, I've helped a lot of newbies into Gold lately, so there's that.
The Collector is probably my favorite, atm. Been playing him since Reckoning dropped. He's cool looking, is difficult to spec, and isn't easy to play. I like the prospect of the different build possibilities he brings. Power build is my favorite so far. BE's and green death spheres as far as the eye can see. Seeker Swarm could use some sort of buff to the rank 5 option opposite the DR, as nobody I know uses SS for their damage.

Changed my build and loadout to a claymore one on my fury. Acolyte + hurricane is IMO overall better but claymore is more dangerous and engaging.
Claymore shots to shields / barriars doesn't let you drain

With a deadly ballet of nades and guns?
HE DOES!
Who makes the 'splosions so much fun?
HE DOES!
Who's that man, what's that word?
Everybody together now, DRELL-FIL-TRATOR!!!
Thank you,thank you verrah much.
Already using the wraith on the DA and claymore on the DV.. Want something a bit different for him.
Really hoped they gave him extra heavy pistol damage in cloak instead for CQC and talon. His weight reduction evo were also pistols.
SI is my excuse to use a sniper rifle kit so...
Try Crusader, or Harrier, or Piranha.
I've used all the SGs listed + the harrier
Lately i've been rocking the Talon heavy barrel + Ammo Clip to re-up my Shotgun Amps. Its actually very very effective with the extra 3 shots, surprisingly. I believe I maxed out everything except TC, and put those last 3 ranks into Homing grenade, which i hardly use considering the huge clip.
Especially on the GI because of the accuracy boost in hunter mode. It is still IMO the best gun on the GI.
But melee is way too much fun on him instead.
Another great kit with talon is the quarian male soldier. Took all accuracy boost on this guy with the talon and made it a 7 shot sniper rifle.
(firing speed on the Tsol with BPP / hurricane / eagle)

For me the kit that has recently went from disregarded to frequent use has been: Asari Huntress.
Asari Huntress with an Executioner pistol is fun (power amp/HB.) I know I should be using the Hurricane to best exploit warp ammo, but I really like that pistol.
