Escort for soldiers(usually biggest shooter)
Retrieval for sentinels(usuall toughest)
Elimnation for vanguards(shot straight to enemy)
Hack for engineers(usually deployables defense ie turrets mines)
4 disables for infiltrators(cloak full time if 4a chosen)
What do adepts get? They should have had a survival wave where no ammo or grenades except what you start with and 3 minute timer before supplies come back. The announcer guy could say "supply lines down hold out till logistics is back up" oh well. Next mass effect will probably be the online line ultima online.

It like it. Slow game down with every shot having to count. Maybe it could be in balance change, hence OCD> CDO title.

Challenge not punish. Every class can do every objective, we've all done it regularly. It would just mix things up a little. The other idea I had was a Mercenary type level where objectives were not just 3, 6 and 10 but 3-10 for mega bucks since theres always complaints about UR drops.
P.s. sorry if format bad still in training and typing on phone. Any one want to know CA regulation on empty container? Less than 3 drops every minute.

Elimnation for vanguards(shot straight to enemy) Nope. Infiltrators. Highest DPS. Also rockets.
Hack for engineers(usually deployables defense ie turrets mines) Just requires common sense to get into the circle.

Well if there is no ammo/grenade drops... Unless you mean there are still grenade drops? If not you expect a N7 Destroyer to use purely melee and HMLs? Of course we could always just trivalize the objective by running around without engaging I suppose...

Escort, yeah, you want to do that with a tank. And lot of tanks ARE soldiers. You really don't want to do them with an infiltrator since you can't TC during an escort for no apparent reason.
Retrieval/pizza you want either someone really friggin fast (Drell on crack) or, again, a tank. Depending on whether you're going for fast or safe. They can be fun with Vorcha who can just beat up anyone who gets in their way, or a Krogan who can head-butt their way to safety. Infiltrators and Vanguards can't use their special skill on a pizza delivery, but when you're soloing it's nice to be able to just disappear or recharge your barriers. Also it's sometimes useful to be an infiltrator and sneak up on the pizza.
Hack is really good for everyone... unless it's in a crappy location (as it often is). The best tank is kinda screwed in a horrible location. however, I was playing a Gold match last night where I was apparently the tank (Kroguard) and everyone else was a total newbie playing squishy characters. I carried every single wave of that match, but we had a hack on Condor and I basically did NOTHING for the duration of the hack since nobody was getting close enough for me to charge or smack.
4-Point Objectives is totally the infiltrator's job. If only people stopped following me around while I was trying to be invisible...
