Yep! I use her like a melee-based Fury. Just get into mobs and go on an invincible spree.

Poison Strike isn't great for damage, but helps with mobility - go for full range then stop at four.

Nightshade Blades are a great power in theory, but like your melee they only really work up-close, like your melee they give you flow damage... and yet they're limited by grenade capacity. Good to have a few points in, because they squelch phantoms in seconds, but too expendable to rely on. Again, getting it up to four's great.

Biotic Focus will boost your damage, melee, and allow you to regenerate your barriers every three seconds. Spec it fully.

Turian passives have great weapon bonuses and average power bonuses. This turian doesn't really use her powers to attack, so fill it up, full weapons.

Venom Gauntlets, I go a mix of health, shields and melee. I start off with health and shields, but go for all the melee bonuses in five and six. This means that melee kills will boost your weapon damage, they'll boost your melee damage, they'll do the lot. Melee will beget melee, and you'll be speedy, maneuverable, decently bulky (plus BF DR) and, we hope, unstoppable.

Keep your cooldown as low as possible so you can use Biotic Focus as much as possible, giving you essentially bottomless shields. I go for the full 200%, because it's a properly fast-paced kit, and you'll probably be diving headlong behind enemy lines to keep up your fitness bonuses. Split seconds can and will make the difference - but the Executioner Pistol does work very well. You've got great weapon bonuses, and I think melee kills boost your melee all the more, so it's a great idea to pack an ace gun, but it's a sidearm.
