I've been waiting for an update on a ticket since Friday - at which point the automated system didn't send my request to an agent as it had a 'keyword' in it thinking I needed a generic answer. This seems a ridiculous system whereby you have to request help twice from an agent whilst the ticket still says 'being processed' which it will not be unless you reply.

I requested help in amending an order (changing one shirt size as it's so hard to know the measurements with width in one shirt being a M and in another being an XXL) and I also asked for help as I believe I was overcharged 4 times for orders that didn't go through (but the funds are being held with my bank).

I am anxious to have someone see this ticket because I requested a size change at 1pm Friday, immediately after I paid. As I am in the UK the shipping costs more than several of the items and I cannot afford to place separate orders with another shipping fee of $30+.

Can someone here ask those who work for the online store to look at ticket 28609 please? Time is surely of the essence as it should be dispatched any time soon?

Well it seems no one works on the online store support from 1pm Friday or all of Monday. I'll just have to hope the item fits correctly. Disappointing.

I've been waiting about 2 days, hearing your story I'm doubting I'll ever hear from support. At this point I'm just about ready to get a refund and never bother buying from BioWare again. The lack of communication is astounding. I've never had issues buying anything online in my life till now.

Try sending a pm to Ms Domino, she is the store rep for the forums on here.

For sizing, take a shirt you know fits and lay it completely flat. width is armpit to pit. Length is collar to the bottom of the shirt. Then compare that to their size chart and you should be fine.

Personally Ive never had issues with cs before but considering that Treehouse has 3 brand new stores for major video game companies on their plate its possible that their cs is not up to it currently. Hopefully they improve and work that out.

I finally heard from support yesterday but it was too late to amend the order. I just have to hope my gut instinct on size was right. Thanks for suggesting I could measure width but I was confused as the tank top width and a shirt width had the same width but were labelled as vastly different ladies sizes! :/

I'm quite disappointed as Bioware/the store rep told me my ticket was bumped down as I replied to it after I initially sent it on Friday... However, I had to bump the ticket down because their auto-keyword search told me it believed I only wanted to track my order and if I wanted a representative to look at the note I had to respond to the ticket again... so basically my ticket was auto-rejected on Friday and I had to send another message on Monday bumping the ticket down because they weren't going to look at it anyway :(

I really hope it fits ok :/

Hi moderators, you can close this thread now as customer service did get back to me in the end and I'll speak to them if the shirt doesn't fits. ^^
