I've seen wonders with this kit, it is the ultimate techplosion way of utilizing such potential from the explosions. Just because you can't play it doesn't mean it "sux".

Biggs and I are pretty even, as are most of the top 1%... its hard to tell at that point because the differences aren't quantifiable due to a poor scoring system.

In my experience the slow/weakening/freeze aren't very important. Why?
-Only unprotected targets with health can be frozen fully, also known as trash, or "dead in 2 seconds with a competent team."
-Slow is pretty meaningless unless it's stacked up to a high level (50% or more). The slow does not reduce the distance of enemies that leap/charge/teleport, or the things that need to be slowed down most.
-Armor weakening on powers generally doesn't make much of a difference if you know how to properly set up weapons. You either have near max armor negation or are using a weapon that doesn't benefit from it. If your weapon or ammo doesn't have some sort of piercing or weakening you're just doing it wrong.
-The ability to pass through walls, in my opinion, is its biggest advantage, and the cryo explosions with 100% bonus damage are pretty powerful. However, as I said before, lacking a detonator substantially reduces the effectiveness of this skill.

If you think DPS is everything, it's not. The debuff is worth it, so is the range and ability to go through walls.
Mass Effect is still a RPG, powers actually have another point than shoot-to-kill.

If you're analyzing everything purely in terms of damage value you're best off skipping RM.

Maybe, I think the ideal setup that would yield the highest results of perfectly played would be 6/5/3/6/6.

for the vid, i'll be running a 0/6/6/6/6 build with a piranha or reegar (not sure yet). with the piranha, after you cast snap freeze, the time it takes to fire off your 6 shots is pretty much the exact cooldown period to then cast incinerate (unless using power recharge gear). reegar does insane damage too quickly to cast incinerate to get the icy explosions and i don't want to rely on weapon use to much...
just ran a couple of pug games with both weapons, both times scored in the 170-180k's. no rockets.
delicious
also, some people need to calm down and form cogent, rational thoughts before committing them in writing.

Seriously, i haven't attempted to mislead anyone.
And the posts about me "recanting" my statements are ludicrous.
I may concede to the fact that a 6+6 Snap freeze/overload will do 200 more damage than a 6+6 FE, but it doesn't mean much in terms of it being overhyped, because it still is considering the other factors: debuff pales in comparison to most other debuffs (warp, recon mine, proximity mine, tac scan, etc.), as does the damage and crowd control features... the whole "it goes through walls" as most of the of the Crowd control abilities do as well.
Snap freeze is pretty much the jack of all trades of debuffers, but master of none, just like the paladin, so the point that its "OP" doesn't make much sense
