Link, some people just can't accept that you are a top-tier player who puts a lot of time into practicing to master a kit, certainly with a lot of trial and error. I've played with you enough to know that even granted your PC/GPU isn't burly enough to run high fps, which can be an advantage, you still have an expert sense of enemy patterns and behavior.

Love the vid (and also so glad it's not Glacier lol). +1 for remembering to remove the ridiculous looking cobra launcher from the Warlord's gargantuan back. There is no kit that thing looks more silly on. I can see from the video that you are taking damage as expected, with enemies targeting you normally and due Warlord health/sheild regen (which is particularly tanky for this kit). Sure you had maybe a couple of lucky near misses with banshees, but we all get so lucky every once in awhile. For the most part, you had good timing with the start of the banshee attack animation, and staggering her out of her attack with biotic hammer hits. If files were modded, it would be pretty obvious and show consistently throughout the match imo, since you can't toggle modded files unless perhaps you're running some ridiculous hidden console command script, and I don't think that's the case. This looks like an obviously un-modded match, that took a little practice, a little luck and a lot of skill to pull off. Cheers to you for showing us the potential for this kit!

So, you are saying that killing Phantoms in one hit on Platinum with his build is related to his skill? It was obviously modded. He was consistently killing Phantoms, Hunters, Marauders in one running headbutt, as well as dealing massive damage to bosses without even taking armor damage on BH. People here have tested this with his setup and couldn't replicate what he did.  And then some people claim he had the sync-kills off.

After watching his videos, I think it's obvious that this guy knows how to play the game, but it's also obvious that he cheats.

He is rage is fully juiced up, he fires 8 reegar rounds at the Brute and kills him with BH + FE

I tried the same thing:


2:16 Cannibal killed by BH, 2:21 Husk killed by HM, I fire 9 Reegar rounds at the Brute then BH + FE... 2 bars of armor remain



then again 3:37 Husk killed by BH, 3:49 Husk killed by BH, 3:52 10 Reegar rounds fired at Brute then BH+FE... 2 bars of armor remain...

Not going to take any sides here, but a day or two after reckoning came out I went on a plat duo with my brother(krolord and juggernaught.) My build wasn't the same as in link's page(I went power synergy with tech armor, and skipped on the armor passives. I also chose melee damage on the 4th evo and fitness expert.) and if rage plus martial was going I pretty much oneshotted phantoms with the charge melee, or with the heavy melee(only if biotic hammer was turned on though.) As strange as it might sound it is possible, but I figure that lack of videos will make my credibility dubious.

For mods and gear I used: Martial biotic amp 5, incendiary ammo 4, strength enhancer 3 and if my memory serves me right power amplifier module 4(I am unsure of this, might have brought Cyclonic modulator 4 instead.)

I wasn't hosting by the way, if that helps clear things up. As I said I am not taking sides here, just pointing out that oneshotting phantoms with charge melee should be possible on plat if martial artist is rolling.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that the weapon I used was a wraith 3, omni blade 5 and shotgun HVB 5 as mods.

The video runs almost constantly at 29FPS. That means he recorded it at a constant frame rate of 29fps, so his in game FPS are at least 29 (or more) otherwise he would not be able to record @29fps... Makes sense, doesn't it?
