Link, you have played legit and very very good when I was hosting.
That doesn't tell us anything about the matches you host and FRAPS though.

The fact that your video is private now made me reconsider my point of view.

I've posted my results on page 15 with 2 different builds and I couldn't 1 hit kill phantoms. Like you, 1 barrier bar left. What amazes me is that this thread is still open and that Link's account is not being investigated...

Interesting but sad thread really. Well known players falling from grace. Players using cheats to build a reputation on BSN . Now I am totally confused about the frame rate thing. If you play under 60 FPS do you have an unfair advantage over other players who are playing ? If you play at 30 FPSband do a solo is that a legit solo or like doing it at a hardcore level instead of Insanity level ?
When some of the best players casually brush off the fact that they play at 30 FPS and say that when they play at 60 FPS there is not much difference (Red John for eg) is this correct or not.

The AI is dumber and less accurate at 30 FPS, but it's much harder to play. 

Sometimes when I'm recording and I haven't rebooted my PC in a while, I drop down to 30 FPS and I can't do anything because aiming/moving around is much harder.

When that happens I stop recording immediately because it's just too painful. 

Hell, I even stop recording if it drops down to 45 FPS.

60 FPS or GTFO.

And btw, frame rate only matters when you're hosting.

Since I can never get my framerate to consistently stay at 60 fps if I record at full res (sometimes it'll stay at 60 for a few mins and then drop, or just fluctuate like crazy right from the start), I've resorted to lowering my res whenever I record. Sure, this means crap video quality, but ugh, to play at anything but 60 fps is torture.

Of course it wouldn't be torture if I had fish mode enabled.

Boom. My solution exactly. My old ghetto hardware can't record at 30 FPS while playing at 60 at 1080 resolution, so i reduced in game resolution to 1600x900 and I can play solidly at 60 FPS and record at 30 no problems.

My biggest complaint is the UI scaling, UI scaling is vital in a video game; the lower resolution and jagged textured I can handle... but I'd rather not have the UI scaled up...

I will test myself tonight on my GF's laptop, I would have done it before but my videocard died and I can't play on my PC.

Btw, I told some people to do some stuff, besides I trust what Feneckus and peddro say, but I still want to test by myself, even knowing it is not possible.

Again a platinum phantom can't be killed by one single krolord backhanded melee from full health.

But I will test anyways.

Now, if I do it, then we will have to check lot of stuffs

Just wanted to give my two cents,

I don't know if link cheated and I don't really care, but i know Air quotes pretty well. he doesn't say stuff this serious just to troll and he has not reason to pick a fight unless he saw some pretty convincing evidence. Thats not to say he can't be mistaken, hes human, but I'm inclined to believe him

There's no point to record at full size if you're making vids for YT. I record at half size (540P), play 1080P and use a video editor to upscale the footage back to 1080P. Can't see any difference once YT has processed the vid.
