No.

No, you have to glitch to get there. Personal Experience has also taught me that at Level 50, only Rouge Hawkes have properly scaled damage.

No point: enemies scale to your level so the game just gets harder since there isn't gear in the game designed for players to hit level 50 in order to make up for the loss of defense from level scaling.
