The ending of Mass Effect 3 kind of got me down... I'm also feeling lazy to play through the entire series again. I made a lot of mistakes my first time around, but I don't think I feel like another 100+ hour playthrough to correct them right away.
Is it bad to just focus on multiplayer? I love the Mass Effect universe and like to feel involved in it but somehow I don't feel intersted in Commander Shepard's story anymore.
Is it wrong to only be interested in Multiplayer anymore

I've only been interested in the multiplayer since March last year.

ME3 ending gave me 2 weeks of depression.
Once I max my MP manifest again I am gonna starte ME2 -> ME3 with all DLCs again though.
Gotta see Zaeed retired and other characters` ending, otherwise it won`t be complete.

Considering the entire ending debacle I'm not surprised people only play this game for the multiplayer, because all things said and done the MP is very enjoyable and fairly well done.

BTW, ME3 synthetic ending was worst non-sense I ever heard in my entire life.
..and I`ve heard a lot of ridiculous stories during my life.

I still play campaign from time to time, but not very often. I play MP between DLC's for campaign. I haven't played Leviathan yet though. Might give that one a go.

Meh, play your game how you like.
I've a brother who's never touched single player, but will throw down as a krogan in MP and have a blast.

If it wasn't for Multiplayer my copy of ME3 would be collecting dust. My enjoyment of the SP was nowhere as close to the masterpiece known as Mass Effect 2.

@ChronoTrigga i was so excited on release day only to come home and find out that this was never taken into account be the development team. And still isn't fixed for quite a few femshep players.
OT: I never thought i would devote 500 hours to mp especially a mass effect one at that

Not really. I admittedly still have not seen the Extended Cut ending. I'm going to wait until all the ME3 DLC goes on sale and then I'll dip back into SP. Until then, I'm going to keep playing MP while there's a relatively strong community still around.
SP will always be around, but MP will eventually die out. You might as well enjoy MP while you can.

I've only completed the SP game once. I might fiddle with an editor to change choices made prior to ME3 for variation. Also, I wanna try out the Infiltrator in SP/Insanity. The Soldier was kinda hard to play on Insanity.
I never played the DLCs.

I bought me3 primarily for multiplayer and have only ever played about 5mins of sp. If it wasnt for brother completing sp I would never have started it.

No its normal I havent played sp for ages,mp provides me with much more fun.
ME3 sp is to depressing for me for various reasons so I stick to the MP where I can play with friends and have fun.
I would love a co-op campaign mode though...bioware pls for ME4.

What if they only made the SP ending so bad so that people who never played any multiplayer games before would turn to ME3 MP in a desperate attempt to still find any joy in the Mass Effect universe and ultimately buy packs in the RNG store?!? Worked for me (minus the pack buying part).

I can't play single player anymore, that story is over. I get sad just thinking about it.

Haven't touched the SP since Extended Cut. Haven't bought a single SP DLC.
Though some time in the future I might just do a complete trilogy playthrough with all DLC's.

The Multiplayer is so addictive! I love it! I am replaying the campaign though to see what other romance choices I can make.

I love Multiplayer. I beat ME3 SP when it first came out, then did it again on Insanity and didn't touch SP until the DLCs came out.

Its were the replayability is. With the game ending the way it is and in my opinion, some decesions not playing out the way I thought they would considering the previous games, the Cooperative multiplayer portion is the best portion of this game.
The cooperative multiplayer in multiplayer has so much depth to it, and with the addition to customize your characters and the plethora of characters you can choose from along with the weapons and their powers, its the best of the game.
If you told me (before the demo) that I would like the MP portion then the SP portion, I'd call you crazy. Now that I've invested time into the game, I'm so glad that they invested time into making such an experience apart of mass effect.

Ditto the post above.
Anyways, it's fine. I feel any following playthough and the sacrifices along the way (I still cry on Tuchanka) end up being worthless.
