The last 4 or 5 arsenal packs I have gotten have been full of character training.  What gives.  If I wanted that I'd pick it...no mods, crappy consumables...this really bites.  Might as well has dumped 99K on recruit packs, at least you get a bloody missle.  SMEG

I have never gotten a gun out of an arsenal pack. Conversely, I have never gotten a character out of a reserves pack.

Just get PSP. You'll get ultra rares faster over time, but if you max rares early with res/ares packs you'll end up getting a ton of junk ammo when you start buying PSP later.

badazz sample size you got there. I've spent my last 2 million on reserves and got 0 URs. Anecdotal evidence is anecdotal

Yea I know, just figured I'd get that info out there. Wouldnt feel right hogging all the UR's to myself...

It says higher chance of weapons.  Not higher chance of URs.  If he was to get a UR, it would have a higher chance of being a weapon than a character.  But he didn't get an UR, he got rares, and he already has all the rare weapons, so of course he didn't get more.  The description is fine.

Reserve packs troll me by not giving me the paladin just rare equipment. Whole RNG is a troll, deal with it. SP seem in my experience to be best value.

i just get ammo mods O.o still no spitfire or bpp OR any maxed ur guns.. just increase the drop rate cus the servers will be off b4 anything gets maxed!

Arsenal packs give an increased chance for rare weapons but as far as I know they have the same chance of a UR as a PSP or reserve pack.
I have no idea what the real drop rate is but for me its around 10-12%,my manifest isnt maxed but its close and I buy PSP only.

Many things in this game are buggy. If there was some bug in the Arsenal Pack code, I would not be surprised in the least...

I'm currently happy with the classes I have.. if i want to tank I use Jugg, got Fury and Ninja chick for different types of DPS along with Paladin Sentinel so I just want to max weapons is it Arsenal or PSP?
