A positive message to Bioware. (This is probably in the wrong place)

Hi Bioware.
I recently read an article about how your staffers are feeling ill-disposed to the forums due to a toxic atmosphere brought around by angry fans with axes to grind. Understandable, so I am writing to do my bit to alleviate this.
I just want to say that while your games are by no means perfect, and I will not defend them with my last breath against hordes of nitpickers or naysayers, they are still easily among my favorite games. Generally, I'd rather play your old games again, over playing new releases.
Although I definitely have ideas about what I want to see in DA3 and the next iteration of the Mass Effect setting, I am disinclined to share them. Rather, I will say that I am looking forward to seeing how they turn out. I hope you recover your passion for making games and that it shows in your new work. I understand that fan input is important, but it is impossible to please everybody. Please don't compromise a good game by trying, but please don't lose hope in the face of all the negativity. People wouldn't complain so loud if they didn't love your games.
Sincerely

CA
(If anyone reading this knows how to get it to the attention of the company better then I, could we get it there please? I don't post on the forums much and don't know where to put this)

That "toxic" atmosphere wouldn't have gotten so bad if they just addressed the issue when it was current instead of ignoring it and make off hand remarks.

Who would victimize a powerful corporation with a major share of its market by having contrary opinions on its products? The gall of some people.
