Overall though, I leave it in. Even if the other PUGs aren't talking it doesn't prevent me from giving a sitrep or advice.

If I have to actually hop on to give people advice/tell them whadafuq they're doing wrong, they typically listen do to a combination of me always being 40k above the second place guy's score, and sounding like a 40 year old 6"5 tall chain smoker.

Honestly people in general are much more friendly in the game's matchmaking compared to the individuals who pollute these forums. Send someone an invite they typically accept and talk along with inviting you to their games and the magic of networking occurs. Attempt to add friends on BSN without a pair of boobs and you'll get flamed and trolled.

i forgot, the main time i get on mic during pub games is to yell at people trying to kite that last banshee while various other enemies chip them down
i have to remind them to USE THE DAMN ROCKET.
Since this implies you got yourself killed and are in spectator mode you should just STFU and let them clutch how they choose to. If you want something rocketed then maybe you should stay alive and do it yourself...
or, if i got grabbed rezzing their sorry ass, i'm just gonna yell at them.

No.
The few times I have spoken in a PUG I've been met with silence.
That is of course until another game where one of the members of the team speaks up and everyone hears a female speaking in which case everyone starts talking.
Jeeessssuuuuswhyyyy.
Dem girls of course!<3

I like to use equipment to distort my voice.
Ran into a guy or girl doing this in a PUG game when I first started playing MP, f*ckin hilarious! I wish more people would try this!
