Could have done better Bioware. I didn't buy your DLC.

My question is who didn't buy Citadel and why?
I didn't because I wasn't going to give new Bioware/EA more money for something that honestly either should have been in the game already or never been made (doesn't make sense). Love letter to the fans? Really? Are you guys that deluded?

It basically only works as DLC played after the story has been experienced at least once.

Your loss.
Out of curiosity, what compelling thing did you do with the fifteen bucks? You can't even buy two meals at McDonalds for that.

yeah. non-scavenge sidequests in ME3 included would be ridiculous

steam makes that kind of argument invald
You'd easily find something worthwhile under $15

I could buy 10 Cheese burgers with that $15...
But you OP, the ending was ****, Citadel DLC is actually rather good though. Your loss.

It was awesome.
It made my Destroy choice perfect.
I brought them all.
They entertained me.
Don't like it? Cry elsewhere.

Actually that kind of bolsters my argument. You can buy a DLC for $15 that takes you 20 hours or more to complete, or you can buy really cheap food that is gone in 10 minutes. Hell, I paid $400 for a meal not that long ago and throughout I was thinking how many PSPs I could have bought for the 2 hours I spent.
I also finally bought Assassin's Creed 1 for about $5 on Steam, and haven't made it out of the first town. Witcher 2 is sitting on my hard drive unplayed. The price you pay for entertainment with DLC like Citadel is really very very cheap in the larger picture. And DLC is inherently more valuable to me, because I don't have to learn a new control set (which is why AC1 and Witcher 2 are not getting played)
Which makes the OP's point really really dumb.

And I didn't buy it either, for much the same reasons. If that principle seems "weird", seems that the edumacation system is not workign rite.

Because Omega is just more shooting Cerberus and I don't care one bit about Aria and her cesspit of a space station. I would have killed her if it was a possibility. It adds nothing but another mission set. Not worth my money.
Leviathan I won't pay for out of principle, for that explanation really should have been in the game. It's basically an explanation for the catalyst... we don't need that in DLC, we should have had that halfway the original ME3 so we knew what to expect.
Citadel DLC I like. This is something that could fix the game for me, since I pick destroy every time and can easily act like this DLC is the real ending. Sadly, I think the price is too steep atm. I do appreciate this DLC, it's really a fanservice that must have been quite a costly investment with all these voice actors coming back to do their bit. Could be that the price is quite the bargain compared to the cost of making it, but still. Perhaps later when my financial situation stops being utterly crap.

I don't cry for something that should have been shipped with the game or never made... you realised you were all suckered into buying something which was essentially a cop-out for the crapshow that was the starkid/crucible?
ahh, so you're not impressed by bioware buying back the fans with a fanservice DLC rather than just fixing the ending?

So you've never bought a DLC for any game that's played in the middle of the main story?
Also "crapshow" is your opinion - Citadel is far from a copout for me.
