 I downloaded the update  -  and entered the Raw Fade.

When the mouse grants Fade Shapeshifting the game freezes on the "you have gained the ability..."

Hopefully this gets fixed soon as I am completely stuck now on one fade island and can't continue the game at all.

do you have any control at all? ive had problems there while switching between the shapeshifts, the character just stopped moving but i could go into radial and the menu etc. i found making a new save at the time of freezing fixed it.

There is also the directional button work around. If you are having trouble moving your character or opening doors try pressing on the directional buttons it may work.
