A little bump. I've spent quite a while trying to make a (I think) cool gif, but my Photoshop crashes when I try to save 250-ish layers as gif... any advice? I have the desired clip as a video as well.

^same here... space on C:/ not enough apparently.

My gif skills were honed in GIMP though... not in photoshop. So I just switched to GIMP instead and finished my gif
It's free, but kinda different from photoshop.

Thanks TJLenz, but I think it's too small right now... Frankly, I just gave up on that gif, I wonder how people can make larger and really good looking ones and still fit in the file size limit
