If you've found the fonts and UI to be too small, this mod may bring you some relief: FtG UI Mod v1.0.
It's also mirrored on the social site, which you might like if you don't have a nexus account (as the file's over 2 MB because of the config util): http://social.biowar...m/project/1688/.

It's pretty configurable and I'll be exposing even more options later on.

I even have some somewhat experimental changes that you can optionally set, like in this Youtube video of lower subtitles.

Mod v2.0 Beta 2 is now out. It continues making more of the UI readable and now has a new clickable Codex table of contents. For now, that's disabled by default but can be enabled with the accompanying mod configuration utility - "Show Codex table of contents" checkbox under the Book Menus tab.

I'm also looking for anybody who wants to try a backported version of it for game v1.02a; please just send me a message. The file publicly available at this time will only load in v1.03.

I'm using v1.03 but there are still a lot of people who don't want to upgrade because of patch issues.

The clickable Codex table of contents is now also available as a separate mod. It's still made for game v1.03, but if somebody wanted to try it for an earlier game version I could give them a file to try.

The clickable Codex ToC is just awesome...seriously!

Question -> Is it possible to have the default icon for the codex entries replaced with something specific for each entry?
Edit : I think the Journal Image property in the plot properties might do this. I will check this out.

Another one -> Right now, it is not possible to remove the codex entries from the Single Player game since they are marked as Core Resources. Is it even possible to configure the ToC to not show Core Resources codex entries?

Thanks. You can already actually hide codex entries, but it's a bit of a hack way of doing it: wiki - Talk:Plot.

About the icon - I'm not really sure off-hand without having to check, but just to confirm: you'd want a different icon than that page one? I'd half-thought about changing those for a joke-mod that I'll probably never make, but if you actually need to be able to set those then I could look into it.
