Seriously, with Jacob dumping you for some mean ****. James flirting with you but never going anywhere. No male love interest i you didn't save Kaiden or romance Garrus.

Being rejected by friggin Joker if you show interest in him!

It doesn't feel to me like they just didn't take their female audience into account, it feels like they specifically want to torture the poor girls who wanted to play Mass Effect and dare have fun with it...

Actually I felt that, (although there is the aforementioned imbalance) that female Shepard, straight or otherwise, got a fair amount of content, especially compared to other games.

I would also like to point out, that with the Citadel DLC, this is a non issue. You can even sleep with Javik if you want.

It really felt like they were rubbing salt in the wound with the Citadel DLC. Straight MaleSheps (and lesbian FemSheps) got to take another shot at Samara in spite of her outright rejecting Shepard in ME2. Meanwhile, we get to harass Vega now, and then if we still don't like our (two) remaining options, we can have a joke one-night-stand with Javik.

Were they not good in DA2? I haven't romanced Fenris or Anders yet.

As far as I know you can only romance Miranda, Jack and Tali in ME2. If you haven't, you can't romance them in ME3. So, it's the same as Garrus really.

Why so bitter? Jacob was an uninteresting character anyways. I think it's good that some npcs have a life outside of the 'cult of Shepard'.

I just got to the Jacob part in ME3 if you romanced him in 2.

I'll tell you, I'm a straight male and that **** made me wanna cry!!!
And now I have no options for my straight Femshep to turn to for love.
