As N7 Fury... grabbed by a Banshee, saved by my own Annihilation Field + Dark Channel (I slapped on her earlier) killed her before she could sync-kill.

Also as N7 Fury... saved teammate from Banshee sync-kill by running up to her, and then BE via Annihilation Field (rank 6) and Throw (rank 6 + evo for BE bonus damage) .

As Geth Infiltrator... saved teammate from Banshee sync-kill via Tactical Cloak + Javelin X + headshot.

I was going to get synched by a banshee with my owl... in the midst of my whining, Megabeast knocked it out and I was free again...

Killed by a marauder or cannibal before I could be sync-killed by a banshee. I could almost feel the disgust from the banshee as she slunk away, searching for another victim.

And while I didn't save a teammate from getting sync-killed yesterday, I did save them from getting executed! Teammate A was downed trying to protect the escort objective; while Teammate B and I finished getting the objective to the upload area, I scoped in with my Valiant and just as I saw the trooper raise his foot to stomp in Teammate A's head........ SPLAT!

The trooper's head exploded instead. Next moment, I was reviving Teammate A and we all finished the wave happily ever after.

I usually use a power (e.g. overload or throw) to save teammates from getting executed, but a headshot felt infinitely more satisfying.

I really did have an awesome Turian Sentinel TECH ARMOR! moment once.

Way back early in my ME3 MP days, was doing a Silver PUG and got Cerberus/Reactor. Had a Vorcha teammate (don't remember the other two) and we kinda stuck close to each other. I had experienced success recently in saving my own life from Phantom's by detonating my tech armor, so I was feeling rather confident about it.

He and I are working on a Phantom, whittling her barrier down with our guns. I then see her do her little initial melee sword hit on the Vorcha and heard the sword striking his armor. I knew the sync-kill was coming next. I was fast enough and close enough to immediately close the distance and detonate my tech armor right next to the pair, killing the Phantom and saving the Vorcha's life.

So. Awesome. Also completely stupid and reckless because chances were more likely that I was just gonna trade him being sync-killed for me being sync-killed (especially since I was off-host and therefore lag), but I definitely felt like one mad mutha after that.

The other players were down so I had to solo wave 9 of a Reapers/Jade/Gold game. It was one of my first wave solos on Gold and I was playing my fellow Justicar with Hurricane. Only a few Cannibals, one Ravager and one Banshee remain. The Banshee is chasing me and I'm lolrunning around the map by reaving her and shooting at her occasionally. Then I stumble into a wall and mess up and she grabs me. She's about to instakill me and...

She dies. Reave saved the day I remember my friends' reaction in the mic, it felt awesome (mra4nii mate, if you're reading this...).

I managed to end the wave and we extracted successfully.

I ran over to save a companion that was getting downed 3 times a wave. I saved them but went down. They then raised me right into a sync kill.

Oh yeah, I was stoked that my Drunk Turian Sentinel got to make a cameo like that!

I got grabbed by a Banshee once as an Asari Huntress. But then a Marauder stole her kill. So I was able to rez myself and kill them both.

Best ever was a sync-kill fight I ended up getting stuck between.

Last man standing on my Geth Trooper in London with Reapers. Only the bosses left to take out so I headed for the ramp to avoid getting sync'd. Since it was wave 9; credits were next round so I had to succeed. Anyway, I lured them over to the big ramp and did a little dance around them, hopping, skipping, dodging, rolling while trying to maintain target and fill them with hot metal. No missiles left and it was working...

THEN DISASTER!

Banshee teleported to be level with me and grabbed me. Game over.... or was it? Nope. The Brute that was also attacking me swiped me and I got dropped. Then just as he picked me up: the Banshee slashed me and she dropped me. She tried one more time to lift me up and the Brute swiped me again. One "ENOUGH" heavy melee and I dropped both of them and won the round.

All I needed was a huge explosion to swagger away from to make it a ompletely awesome moment.

Reapers Vancouver extraction wave.  40 seconds until extraction.  I'm running towards the long back ramp on my way to extraction point when a Banshee warps around the corner and insta-grabs me.  I fall through the map and warp to LZ with 15 seconds to spare.

I also have a funny anti-nope sync-kill moment. The Sync-Kill That Was Meant For You.

A bit like "Final Destination", there apparently was no escaping this one:

London/Cerberus/Gold. Wave 10, second pizza delivery. Someone grabs it, I attempt to go help cover them. I'm upstairs, check the first stairway, blocked by Phantoms. Didn't want to risk it. Went to the next stairway, the one closest to where you first spawn on the map. Blocked by an Atlas. I sigh, cloak, and attempt to sneak past the Atlas. It sees straight through my cloak and picks me up for a sync-kill. Slams me into the ground, I then proceed to fall through the map into some trippy Wonderland before re-emerging alive and well at the start point of the map... straight into the sync-kill of a Phantom. I literally had no time to even move my body.

Apparently, I was just simply meant to die that wave. I was sync-killed, then magically auto-revived into yet another sync-kill.

I was a really terrible pub match with my huntress. Laggy host, uncoordinated team, you get the idea. Anyway, I'm soloing the end part of a wave with this banshee chasing me around. I blow up a marauder and the banshee teleports through a wall and grabs me without warning at the same instant. Great.  I then get shot by a second marauder. DC finishes off the banshee and I'm trying to decide if I want to waste the medigel to continue this travesty considering its only like wave 7. The marauder comes over to stop me....and the Dark Channel kills him right as he was stomping, so it looked like I got revived by the stomp.


Another funny one was when I got killed right when placing a cain mine. Marauder comes over to stomp me....BOOM. Wave complete.

Last one standing and a one-on-one vs. banshee with my Fury. She picked me up and thought the game was over. Then all of the sudden the wave is completed. Kill feed read annilation field kill.

banshee went to pick me up as a fury, last enemy on wave 10, i was the last one alive, she has 1 bar of armor left and picks me up, right as she's about to "perform open heart surgery" she dies to my annihilation field lol

I like to run Warp Bubble on my Justicar. I cannot recall the number of times something started the sync-kill animation only to get staggered by the BE coming into the bubble. Feels good man.

Once on wave 11, reapers, I was picked up by a banshee onlyl to have a fellow pug missle the area. I dropped to the ground only for another banshee to teleport right next to me (1st missle did not kille her) and pick me up. A different PUG missled her.

I normally do not play with a mic, but I threw it on the controller and offered them both massive kudos when i got to the lobby.

Since then I do all i can to save anyone picked up on wave 11.

Also, a very cool one (at least for me), A buddy is about to get Phantom-stabbed, but my AJA right before her ninjato touches his belly, performs tha Acolyte-Pull-Reave troll combo.

And this one just never gets old, Javelin-headshooting a phantom mid-animation is always priceless

Once my Valkyries annihilation field broken a Banshees death grip.

But the most epic I have seen was my brother playing a Vorcha Soldier on Gold with a Claymore. He had a Brute down to one bar when it picked him up for the sync-kill. While in mid air he fired the Claymore and killed the Brute. It was epic looking.

I was playing Asari Justicar Reaper Reactor Gold, all my teammates were downed. I've killed all remaining enemies except Banshee. She demonstrated some very long jump+ magnet hands (I wasn't hosting). Grabbed. I was going to laugh hysterically, but Banshee suddenly released my asari. I wasn't as merciful and forgiving.

I suspect stacked Reave or maybe this banshee was a friend of my AJA before huskization.

Nobody got my Showstopper Medal? Eh... it's a Mass Effect board, not a Halo board...

I can't tell you how many times I've saved people from Atlas, Banshee, Brute, Praetorian, and even a couple Scion grabs. Phantom kill animations are too ****in' fast for that, though, unless you've got the Missile out already and are waiting for it.

wave 10 U/U/P got giant reapers rocking my TGI + PPR and acolyte (yes i know OP much lolz) and my whole team is down and out with about 25% of the hack left. i finish the hack and kill everything except 1 banshee thats leff. she's chasing me so i run across the top across form the LZ and jetpack down the ladder and the game sucks me back to the lader and holds me there for 3 seconds while she teleports to me and OHK me. stupid ladder vacuum glitch

not quite the same thing, but all four of us are dead, last one has just gone down and about to get stomped. wave nine. he's about to die when the words 'last enemy on the field' come through the speakers. RAGE! it then dies from flamer leftovers! holy freaking win!
