Started up a lobby with SD5, invited SilentStep79 and opened up the lobby for a pug 4th and who do we get? Some idiot named Leland Gaunt. Anyone ever play with this clown? He doesn't know how to use anything but a Venom and he laughs like some sort of psycho during the games.

What the hell is wrong with people.  If you are respeccing get the hell out of the lobby, if you are in the store get the hell out of the lobby, if you have just levelled up and have a bit if a decision to make get the hell out of the lobby.  If you have to let the dog out to go pee get the hell out of the lobby.

If you have a private game with freinds by all means take as long as you like but it's insane how long some people expect you to wait for a game on their whim in a public lobby.

Patience is a virtue. I would say at least telling the team over the mic that I need a minute for whatever is acceptable. I'd rather wait a minute or two on a good teammate that bounce around lobbies and land in crappy longggg games

I can see this but 20% of the time you wait a minute or two.  The other 80% of the time you wait longer.  Now I do have to back track a bit on my comments as I was making them as if one was playing gold or lower.  I play very little platinum so I could see how that would need more prep work.  If the person actually communicates that they are making adjustments and to please wait a bit that is a different case.  More often than not however you wait and wait and have no diea if the guy is taking a dump or getting a sammich or what.

Ran into Palmof40sorrows, who outscored my TGI with Harrier. What a scrub! Erm.

Bumped into Kalas, and we started a duo, picking up a PUG at some point who continued to "pull" banshees, brutes and ravagers. He stayed with us for the next game, and decided to use the Hydra glitch all game. Thankfully, he failed to extract. Not sure how he managed that tbh.

There's a difference between rage rocketing and what scrubs like you do on extraction wave.

Scrubs rage rocket because they are getting their asses handed by the AI. Pro players complete the mission without rockets and celebrate the victory by nuking only wave 11.

Though he can rage rocket all he wants and we'll still love him, since we've seen that picture of him in a swimsuit.
