The heavy barrel is mandatory on the Acolyte, but the extended magazine is meh since it only adds +2 to the magazine size. I facepalm when people put the Power Magnifier on the Fury, but on the vanilla adept it makes a bit more sense. Not as good as on the Smashdept or Drelldept (if you play him with the Acolyte), but still a solid choice.

Heh - DHKAny for the first time just now ... I lag when he's hosting it seems, and if I'd known you were gonna quit on wave 8 I'd have bailed as soon as Dagger/Collectors came up - BatDept on that map is tedious.

Just ran into FTFTL, and a couple of others who I didn't recognise but must be on here, for a couple of matches.

Finally witnessed some of the legendary nuking for myself, although not anywhere near as crazy as some of the things I've read here. Seemed perfectly fine tbh, good player.

Cheers for a praetorian save in the second match. Off host novaguard - heavy risk...

Seriously people believe the worst about me without ever having played with me. How much nuking can I do with only 6 rockets per match, 1 of them which I always save for Wave 10 target switching, that is all you really need on Gold to be honest and 2 rockets for Platinum wave 10. Sometimes I have a couple of spare rockets for wave 11, might as well use them as well.

actually that was a huge derp on my part

was thinking of mod spots on pistols in general, forgot that the Acolyte was the weapon under scrutiny...
