If I did play with a BSNer on a PUG I had no idea I was doing it.
It's a shame though, it'd be nice if that happened

I just notice the different banners that some are rolling with. Don't really put too much effort into figuring out who's who, though. I'm guessing I've seen some of you, at least.

I’ve run into a few, I think back in March or April of last year I ran into a couple, and since then I’ve probably run into a few more. I’ve recognized a couple names, and I’ve run into 2 or 3 people with challenge points in 30 or 40,000s, so I assume those are probably BSNers too.

Happens pretty rarely though, and I’ve played 415 hours of nothing but PUGs.

I see more threads asking about playing with BSNers on BSN than I see in pugs. Most on here play with friends most of time anyway so odds of running into someone are low.

And you were fine Cobra, I find the Talon squishy myself and when I play with him I hit the floor often. Wasn't on top form myself with my Volus, just gotta learn to play the both of em better myself!:innocent:

I was dumped into Cyonan's lobby last night, great games with him.

Doesn't happen often though, only a few others that I can remember since I started playing, Air Quotes, Lord_Sirian, tyhw, SolidBeast, Sekrev, robarcool, Caratinoid, UnkownMercenary, ISHYGDDT... hmm, hard pressed to think of more. There are probably a few more that use different names than their BSN ones.

I am willing to test if I went out and Searched for 20 PUG games. In that 20 not one will have anyone from the BSN.
maybe I should change 20 to a higher number? any suggestions?

I think I did a couple of times, not much. I tend to play with BSNers who are in my friends list.

had to finish wave 3 by myself because cobra got grabbed while i was doing a device... and i couldnt get off and pull out my missle fast enough.


anyways finished the objective.. my last teammate was down so i decided to try and revive him...running into brutes on the way... they gave me a pounding.. i didnt have repair matrix on and with one medigel i had to use it. teammate got stomped..i get up using my last medigel.. try to use repair matrix.. succeeded with the sound and the screen display...but it never revived me.. also dat lag. brutes tappin me on dat ass even when they charged past me and missed.... dafuq? they really wanted to nerf me..real good.

You did fine. But I suppose that's just the circle of fail lol. 

lol how can you say failing on wave 3 is fine?!?  especially with an AIU..glad you were there to witness it tho

I think I may have actually ran into you in a PuG once - but since your Origin ID is different to your BSN (as is mine) I didn't make the connection... but the name on your N7HQ link vaguely rings a bell.

Have met several others of course... most recently Stardusk again I think a couple of weeks back (on Vancouver).

Only ever ran into Pyth in a PuG game, he didn't say a word the entire time neither, and left right afterwords (Which seems to be common whenever I play with anyone from BSN)

Whenever I see someone with one of the new contest winning banners, I automatically assume that they're from BSN. It seems to be fairly accurate, I don't think many players just use the N7 HQ site and don't bother with the forums as well, but hey maybe I'm wrong.

On topic, I have recently landed into Platinum PUG games with some of the highest N7 ranks in Xbox, including one in the top 11 in the world. Sometimes it's a fun experience. I am noticing that they don't like to use good equipment.

Tbh I assume anyone who has one of the new banners is a bsner. Still don't think the majority of players know about those.
