[Terminator Force]

You would have loved the last 6 or 7 games I've played. A lot more death than glory.

I ran into cato_potato last night and ended up playing 3 duos, though he had a freeze on the last one and I gave up after bagging the wave 6 credits.

 

The first match was Ghost Hazard v Cerberus, with him as a Vorcha Engineer and me as a Batarian Soldier. The fact that he almost doubled my score should be viewed in the context that he always doubles my score, despite occasionally quite blatantly leaving kills to me so I don't feel too bad about myself.  Tough game, hugely enjoyable.  Next one was Reapers on Giant which, despite my traditional Banshee-grab, was a piece of cake.

Was that Reapers on Ghost? I had been stomped so many times this evening that I'm too punchdrunk to recall any details...Wave 9 didn't help at all!

Nope and nope. Unless you consider a tempest x to be op, which wouldn't surprise me these days. I assumed you left because it was turning into a biotic lobby, and spamming arc grenades would have been unhelpful.

Too bad marksmad only did two games with me. The first game was a disaster with this KroGuard constantly getting sync killed like at the start of every wave against Atlases or Phantoms. Why when back in the lobby I had to place a kick mark on him. Only hope he wasn't marksmad friend, lol. Anyways, for that match I burn through my ops packs super early, by like wave 3 I think? Then all the gels, so that when I had to solo one wave, one simple mistake at not spotting or hearing a Phantom flanking my left soon enough basically removed my shields to my only single health bar with her insanely deadly palm blaster. Cause for some reason I thought I killed the last Phantom and the wave was ending? I was really underprepared for that match due to seeing two reeger users I thought it would be OK with just the Vindicator on my TurianSent? Well when I seen this one guy, the KroLord, constantly firing at this one health bar Guardian and the Guardian wasn't going down, I thought "Oh noes."

 

The second match I better prepare myself for an easier ride and higher dps weapon. BatGuard with basically a Harrier 1 in dps in the form of the Mattock X. It was Reapers, and I wasn't happy with that. So I carefully fire the first Banshee target next to a Brute to change targets, but the rest pretty much got rocketed anyways, which was fine by me cause the sooner Reapers gets done, the happier I am. Anyways, I didn't lose any ops packs or gels outside of purposely one of each to get rid of the dreaded red blood screen glitch that started half way through last wave escort. That glitch handicaps me so much. ... In this game I got sync killed by a Banshee once due to being Biotic Charge happy with four in a row, but then I seen the Banshee scream again and knew that the delayed charge about to happen would be my end. And it was. Lucky marksmad got grabbed too in a later wave, heh, heh. so I would not feel as bad.

Searched for an end-of-afternoon game and found myself being host (??) with a Krogan with Reegar, saw Sinful Force was online so invited him in. We also got a stasis-bubble Asari to join my Phaeston BF3 guy and his Vindicator Tsent. Landed on FB White vs Cerberus. The Krogan spectated most waves, including being picked up by an Atlas in the open. Alas, we were stomped on W8 due to lack of gel ... damn turrets.

 

Stayed for a second, the pugs switched and we got a mostly-non-mélée Jugg and and an N7 Destroyer, with SF switching to a Batarian type. Landed on Hazard White this time vs Reapers. There were some hairy moments and some rage rockets on W8 (I plead guilty) but despte being left with zero consumables, we got full extraction. SF topscored, I bottomscored (as is normal).

Had Daniel (Dan? I can't remember the exact tag...I think there's a 93 in there, too.) drop into mah game, and get insta-raped, then left (who can blame him?), which had me laughin', then come back for vengeance! Which made me so damn proud! The hate was strong! Many a h03-bag (Phantom) was hit wit' the Java-lean (Javelin), and a whole lotta Krogan Backhands (that'd be me)! S__t dyin'=fun fo' me!

Also, Vanilla Ice (Icebaker/Evil Justicar) had a 6-gel wave! Lmao! Worst Vorcha ever! Ha ha. Apparently, he was unaware of Govorn's tricks, and he damn-sure killed no one that day! (I'm f__kin' wit' ya, good games, Ice!)

Dropped in a boogieman game with maybe another BSNer? Is Insp3cious or something a member here? Either way, there was some lag issues. I stuck for the next game to see if the lag would still be as bad, but that game which I just finished wasn't near as bad lag wise. As in everything seemed fine? Which makes me wonder is me and boogieman are too far apart or something?

 

In that game he was an Asari Adept, something very new to me cause I always see him with a vanilla human. At least the Talon in his hand matched his profile.

 

I just set a human soldier for the Cryo Kryse SR (due to amps/ammo abundance & challenge points), which I regretted right away. Which proves that I really fell out of love with that weapon since quite some time back. That and spamming concussive shot after every Kryse shot made me feel like some mindless robot or something? I hate mindless gaming. At least I set it for all powers (66554) so all other options are set for that build. Don't even need Grenade Capacity as I choose the extra two nades option for a sweat instant panic button without any cooldown tied to it.

 

And because of that choice in weapon (got it's challenge done a least), I really didn't enjoy that match at all. Hope boogieman had more fun and less lag issues.

 

 

 

The next game after boogie left I regretted, as there was way too much rocketing. Which I'm especially starting to hate for the Glacier map. Everyone always nukes spawns on that freakin map. Just play the game instead, is my motto. That and a spamming Phase Disrupter Slayer who forgot he even had a gun, which I'm never too fond of ever seeing.

I tried reviving him a couple of times, but couldn't for some reason.

 

I also ran into IvoKee today, with two PUGs that pissed me off. Corpses were shot at. Sinful Force then dropped into a game I was in (can't remember the wave).

It's ridiculous really. If you hadn't been in the game, I would've left the last Atlas alive for a really, really long time, probably till the host got fed up and quit.

Spamming Phase Disruptor is how you're supposed to play the Slayer.

He should be happy to see there is a character that can thrive without a heavy focus on weapons besides F'n flamers and Paladins. Seeing a well played Slayer is like seeing a 3-legged dog.. they're rare and you cant help but adore them.
