Extracted for 15 seconds with CrashSuit while we were alpha testing Mod Maker.

Just played w/ crashsuit.  Dagger-hazard/Reapers/gold (I was the QFI).  You made a comment about it being a bad map for melee, but is there a worse map for sniping?  There were whole waves (including extraction) where I couldn't see anything.  I also got sync'd early in wave 8--I was in scope, trying to finish off a banshee that I don't think you saw creeping up on you... and never saw the one creeping up on me.  Oops.  :/

 

Oh, well--we extracted, and I wasn't too terrible (w/ a kit I don't play much), so: fun game. 

 

yup the sandstorm was as annoying  as ever, and i ran out of gels by w10, trying to melee all the things. Still fun though.

 

 

Haha yeah, I think we all had some troubles on that one. I agree, I feel like the best thing we can say about that match is that it wasn't too terrible.

 

 

Just played some games with N7TeamPlayer and zigzagzug, then N7TeamPlayer dropped out and zigzagzug and I did a few more after that, usually with matching kits. They were good games, we pretty much wrecked everything everywhere. Especially that Cerberus Glacier match, I don't think I've ever seen Atlases go down so fast without a full biotic squad.

that cerberus glacier was going fast with a few geth teammates... although i tried to stay indoors - hunter mode in the blizzard sucks.

That was the Prothean Artifact recovery objective. It's in the coalesced, but by default its chance of happening is zero. I changed mine so it comes up about as often as the others. It's a pizza that you have to hack like a 1234 device before you can pick it up and carry it. You can't run it, and the delivery zones are different than those for the normal pizzas. I think you can dodge while carrying it though, I haven't tried it but someone else said it works.

 

As for the credits, I recommend a good click macro. I use AutoMouser whenever I need to stock up on packs unattended.

Were you playing a GI?  (Couple hours go by, my memory gets a little hazy.)  Did you get sync'd, or bleed out/stomped on extraction?  If it was that second one, sorry I couldn't get to you in time--I was busy running for my life from brutes that only appeared when they were 20 feet away.  LOL.

Had a game with marksmad. Jade/Reapers/Gold. 3 Geth troopers and a jugg made for an incredibly easy game.

 

Best game of the weekend so far. I hardly ever play the GT, so when I landed in the lobby with you as both GTs, I thought it would be a good opportunit to learn. I also never use the GPS these days, so the whole game was a fresh experience for me. The only heartstopping moment was when I realised that the next device was in the Valley of Death, but that one went well.

 

Thanks for the great game. Sorry I couldn't stick with you guys for more at the time.

Yeah, bled out - no more gels. It was my fault for melee'ing banshees for too long when i know better . Even a puddle of goo can be dangerous for a melee GI, and since i hadn't played him in a while, i was having way to much fun to be careful. Besides, in a gold game with good teammates one can afford to take chances

It was pretty hilarious to see how the match turned out to be a "save the Volus!" one. I think I've never provided as much cover fire as for that Vanguard in all my matches.

Funny thing: I begin the match because no one was joining, then 3 players join at once just a minute after (and two of them BSN'ers). I just love the game's network code....
