Well, over in the Dragon Age forums, the Varric fan thread found out he wasn't going to be a DAI romance option (despite their fervent wishes) on Page 666.

 

It's the only Page 666 I'm aware of that's gone bad, though. However, I can't claim to have read a whole lot of Page 666's on the forum. *shrugs*

Beerfish had the misfortune to join me on a horrible Collectors/Glacier Hazard that felt like proper hard work at times, playing as the Batarian adept (not a kit I often play).  Played a couple with Marksmad later on, where things went a lot smoother (due to playing as TGI and Demolisher).

I got that beta message too, weird.  FBWhite was fine, Goddess was good until the other two joined in.  Then your TSol was running around backwards, I had a fair bit of rubberbanding and the body of 'Wilcox' (who went down in wave 9 or so?) remained there until the end of the game.    I'd have played through, but I have to wake up in the morning

Yeah a tad shaky but I think we all or most of madde extraction.  I can't remember what I was playing, either a human sentinel or a vorcha probably.
