had some good games with tivesz earlier. i was really scrubby tonight mostly because of my headache and it was close to bed time so i was trying to stay awake. before we played our last game, while waiting in the lobby the talon merc player (DarkAirWolf or whatever their name was) was apparently jealous of my lancer x on my justicar because he sent me a voice message LOL. he said i was a 'lucky bastard for having the lancer' and talked about how they love that gun. then they continued to complain about the getting particle rifle upgrades instead and hating that gun. i was all like, "k" and then readied up.

 

again, very good games tivesz! 

 

Yeah, I remember him. He wasn't much of a gel-guy Yeah, I got to show off a little bit of my scrubbines too on London/Collectors, my Geth Engi with 3 on fitness and no cyclonics made me say things, that my upper neighbor probably overheard and covered her kids ears. Well, damage output is one thing, but when you can't survive, you can shove that all up in your ass, like I did... :/

Good games indeed, it's nice to see some variety in the lobby every now and then, not just a clusterfuck of AUIs and TGI/Carriers. 

Hope you'll feel better dude, don't hesitate to shoot me an invite or a message, the next time you want to do some killin' 

 

ps: And good thing he didn't send me the PPR-hating message, my Collector would've had a bad case of "disagreement" with him

Played with OOEasy and some other pugs. Don't know if they are here. I learned that my zombie mod cerberus final waves are a tad too strong so I just updated them and pared them back.

was getting ready to play some skyrim when marksmad sent me an invite for some me3mp. i accepted and had a fun game on jade/reapers/gold. however my scrubbiness came through on that one when my turian soldier got sync-killed by a banshee at the lz with 5 seconds left. pretty embarrassing  . fun game though!

 

There was a certain amount of spawn nuking that went on at the start of W11 that truly screwed up the usually neat arrangement of enemies on that map, and we got surrounded and overrun and had to pull back to the LZ a little early. I went down at one second to go.... But the game itself was fun, thanks for playing. I meant to stay on as host but life had other plans.

I played a couple of Reapers games with razer057 last night - it's been a while, and it was no less fun than before.  I was playing a DAI with Raptor, while he was an Asari Commando with Paladin and CSMG, which made for a fairly destructive combination.

 

I wasted 2 missiles on targets which he took out a fraction of a second before me, and we had the lottery of a 4 minute extraction wave on Goddess, which I lost.  I was also grabbed by a Banshee at the bottom of the stairs during an earlier wave, and I still have no idea where she came from.  It's not like I don't get grabbed regularly, but it's usually just a simple case of me being stupid.  Razer, not for the first time, tried in vain to save me with a missile - always appreciated.

I loaded into a game in progress, with another player who underwent the same thing I did - we loaded in with a score of 0 on a game where obviously a host migration had occurred, and only the 2 players joining ended up in the game, without whoever had originally started the game.

 

I quit, but just as I did so, I saw that it was PaunchyCyclops that I'd loaded in with.

 

It was hazard Glacier, and I was using my Drell Assassin with a Black Widow, so it would have sucked pretty bad as a duo anyway, I suspect!

Dropped into a lobby with Kaicel and mcquotables. We got Collectors/Vancouver. Possessed A-bomb scrubbery ensued. Great game and lots of fun.

In that case, we narrowly missed playing together! AGAIN!  

 

I was about to call it quits for the evening when PaunchyCyclops sent me a game invite. I had just finished another game so I hadn't had time to equip anything, and expected to be loaded into a lobby...but instead my zero gear GE landed on Glacier Hazard with Paunchy's HSent, a sniping Huntress and some other who spent most of the game dead. No incendiary meant that my GE couldn't do fire explosions and no armor bonus meant I went down A LOT™ and the usual Glacier Hazard bug meant that I could not see theseeker swarm so I went down EVEN MORE™ than would have been expected.

 

We had a wipe on like wave 9 when Paunchy and I both ran out of gel and Huntress tried to tank everything left in the LZ. But it was close. I really did have to go right afterwards though.Thanks Paunchy, for the invite, and to Jeremiah...hang about next time!

We had a good game and I managed to get synced THREE! TIMES! First a Banshee teleported from inside the reactor and picked me up. Second a Psycho Brute charged down a ramp at me and synced me without waiting for the melee. Third, last device on wave 10, another Banshee picked me up off the last device, exactly as it completed.

 

So, a personal record for sync kills in one game (well, for this week, so far - I've obviously got a better career best on that score), completed GPR challenge, GE waves, and therefore Machine Mastery the third time round, broke 41k CP, and now have 9 million hard earned credits to spend. I wonder if the RNG Store will finally relent and give me an upgrade to my Black Widow I?

Technically not a PUG, because I went in on his invite, but I didn't know the third player in the lobby and we were joined by a random fourth. UUG gave us Rio/Reapers, and I took my Paladin Sentinel out for a spin. Really fun game with lots of movement! Thanks again for the invite!

You really rocked as the Paladin, and that was a nice clutch at the end of wave 9. I enjoyed watching you calmly bat the Banshee warp balls right back at them, it was like watching Mass Effect Cricket

 

Weirdly, I don't think I bottom scored as is normal. And it's happened more than once today.  

 

I'd have stayed on but I was needed elsewhere at the time. More soon, I hope.

The shield bash is one of my favorite things. So versatile! And you definitely did well that game; unfortunately, the map is so large that I lost track of you guys wave 9 and couldn't keep the Banshees off-balance and not syncing. I will look forward to future games.

Decided to take the AIU out this evening because Snap Freeze challenge and Claymore

 

Had a wild game on Giant Hazard vs Collectors (my least favorite combo in the game) but it wasn't bad, so I decided to go out for another. I landed in a lobby hosted by lichttanne and was delighted to see Miniditka  (Valkyrie GE) appear in the lobby - I placed a kick vote as required by custom but it was not reciprocated - closely followed by Chris Montana (TGI). The team looked good so we readied up and got Hazard White Cerb.

 

The lag was amazing. Everyone was rubberbanding around and enemies would teleport freely from in front of one to behind one. At the end of wave 4, Mini was near the indoor ammo crate and I walked past to fill up the Claymore. I had to walk past Mini 5 times to actually reach the crate....

 

Probably as a result, we all bled out on wave 7. In my case it was a consequence of a combination of the lag and laughing so hard that I couldn't even play at my normal minimally competent level.

 

Sent you a FR Miniditka. Hope we get a better host next time!
