[Marksmad is waving goodbye]

 

Then I got invited to play with Marksmad who invited prinsesbubblegum and TheShadyEngineer for Dagger/Geth (I think) and Glacier/Cerberus (I think). Unfortunately  TheShadyEngineer lost connection, which could be one of the reasons we wiped out on one of the later waves.....  

 

 

Yes, the Dagger Geth game was quick and easy, but Shady lost connection a couple waves in on the second game (and then went off to play DA:I, the scrub!), to be replaced by Xandaeus's Fury. We wiped after the wave 10 objective was completed. Getting Pizza on W3 with Atlases right on the second pizza was unlucky, getting Targets on W6 and W10 was a bit on the unfortunate side. I bled out with zero missiles, gels, ops packs.

 

Did anyone else see that when we spawned in my GT could only move at a quarter the speed of a Juggernaut? I assume it was to do with Shady's connection because it cleared up when he left.

 

You've become a strong player incredibly quickly BTW, keep it up and you can soon carry us all

Was only able to hit a trooper by putting the gun up his nose.

Got to play a few matches with PurpGuy tonight - it's been quite some time but they were enjoyable as always. We ran some gold and had a couple decent pugs join (actually, a far cry better than many, of late) who had front row seats to my stasis sniping vorcha (Raider with submission net, of course) and Purp's first few games back in awhile. Despite missile launching every Ravager (plus a Marauder who was about to lay down the People's Elbow) I saw on extraction I still wasn't able to quite catch him

 

We eventually upped it to Plat and had a good, if not quite entirely smooth, game versus Geth on White. The pugs switched to a TGI and an AIU the moment they noticed the difficulty change, and though we mulled over copying their classes and using Avengers/Katanas, we opted out and instead ran with biotics - a Justicar and a Collector Adept. Things exploded in bubbles, goo balls were thrown (often in conjunction), objectives were completed and extraction was full. So that was good. Always fun, Purp.

 

Also, added the Particle Rifle X and Black Widow X (along with the Geth Spitfire IX) to my arsenal. So time to go X some shit up!

Also, had xfyre drop into my lobby, then leave, then no one else joined so I left, searched Quick Match, landed in a lobby as the host, xfyre joined, as did a Valkyrie. We got Glacier Geth and were being stomped left, right, and centre on wave 1, but on wave 2 the game came together, and we were joined by a Huntress. Team synergy developed and my Valiant SI and xfyre's Kishock QMI wrecked a few spawns. We eventually made extraction after a not-too-long game, despite everyone having a revive medal

Just ran into Andy_3_913 last night on a Gold Condor Cerb game hosted by Coolestdaddy. I played the Slayer, always hoping that he would actually charge when needed ;-) Smooth (albeit a bit laggy) game, thx, Do not know if it was the lag but he left immediately after that game.

 

Also ran into CptFalconPunch last night, he is now on my friendlist, awsome games, especially the double Fury game at the end was a blast.

Nah, I can live with Flamer, Reegar and TGI/Sexbot users for a couple of games. It usually pushes me to outscore them as much as possible (without unnecessary w11 nuking). It was fun and a challenge getting the 20 headshots between crap visibility on Dagger Hazard, screenshake, Flamer blinding me and stuff twitching unpredictably because of said Flamer.

Coolestdaddy was playing the Cabal, complaining that he was at the bottom of the score-list, Cerb throwing the usual BS at us, Condor, nothing unusual ;-)

I ran one with Legbiter - dude plays a mean Krogan set up to look like Grunt.  Turned out to be a really fun game.

Dunno whether the guy was a BSNer or not, something like Master1893Yeah - but the fact that he was dominating with a TSent Arc Pistol tends to make me think that he was.

 

PuGs don't know the true power of the Arc side!

I just ran some games with Blind_Snip3r.  I had to laugh at that name, but dude was tearing some stuff up and leaving piles of meat all over the place with those trip mines.  That was a seriously fun and explosive game.

Mmm mmm good times!

 

Those were all good games, but the one that will live in memory was the all-Asari Cerberus stomp on Reactor. Asarigasms all round in between every wave, Atlases blowing up in a few seconds, the biotic booms and screams of Phantoms choking to death on Dark Channel. It was awesome.

I noticed as you disconnected. You were replaced by a pug called Annihilator or something. The last few waves went weird. Sharpandpointy and I had to clutch W9 when the other 2 were Banshee hugged, and they left sometime before W10. We got the hack outside the upper end of the reactor and the hack itself went OK because everything came up through the reactor and I had a BW  Clean up took a while and extraction was exciting but we made it. So we started the game duo and it finished duo.
